Finally...bebis' skin is almost back to normal and we have our first steroid free day. Diapering has been much easier since I only need to apply moisturizer and bebis is not scratching himself silly. What a difference!
Hoping and praying that this is going to be the norm going forward...
I am here
We used to travel extensively. Weekends for leisure and weekdays for work. We also used to work like dogs...80-hr week was a common theme. That all came to a stop when I found out I was pregnant with bebis. Seems so long ago.
Ever since bebis was born, I took an extended leave of absence and decided to stay home. Work can always wait, I figure. I wouldn't want to miss bebis' first smile, the first words, the first crawl, etc...wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
Those who have known me for a long time were (and still are) surprised by my decision to stay home. "You'd go crazy!" said some. "It's very tough!" said the others. Well, have I been known to do things the easy way? I quite enjoy it. Yes, he is a handful especially because he has so much energy. But that's ok. Much rather have an active and smiley baby than a round blob.
So here is our journey...
